Meet the Team: Lacey Allen
Lacey Allen joined APEX Group, a Diverzify Company, as an account executive in March 2025. In her new role, Lacey will forge strong relationships with clients in the Denver area, understand their unique needs, and propose tailored solutions that meet those needs.
“Lacey’s positive attitude and enthusiasm make her the perfect fit for this position,” said Thomas Holland, president of APEX Group. “She knows how to connect not only with our clients, but also with her colleagues. I have no doubt she will be a great addition to the team.”
We recently sat down with Lacey to learn more about her, both personally and professionally.
1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee, and studied business marketing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have lived in Denver for eight years now. My family is spread out; my little sister, Whitney, is in Buena Vista, Colorado, which is only two hours from me; my little brother, Nick, is in Kentucky; and my mom is in Alabama, where her side of the family lives.
2. Why did you decide to join the APEX Group team?
I decided to join the APEX team because I wanted to be a part of the new construction cleaning division and support its growth and success. I am SO excited to see what we can do in 2025!
3. How has your past experience prepared you for your new role?
I have been in a similar industry selling chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE) for six years. I am able to utilize past relationships to help me with current and new relationships in this market.
4. What are your hobbies?
I enjoy snowboarding, golf, biking, one-wheeling, live music, paddleboarding, hiking, yoga, gardening, reading, cooking, meditation, and going to the gym.
5. What's the most interesting article or book you've read lately?
I recently read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It focuses on the importance of living fully in the present moment, emphasizing that our minds often distract us from experiencing the now and leading to unnecessary stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction.
6. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Steak, creamed corn, and garlic mashed potatoes—a classic comfort meal that’s hearty and satisfying!
7. What's on your bucket list?
So many things! I want to get a hole in one in golf; visit all seven continents; go on a safari in Africa; see the northern lights in Iceland or Norway; hike to Machu Picchu in Peru; take a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia in Turkey; visit the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone; and experience Japan’s cherry blossom season.
