A graduate of the University of Washington, Lottie has earned her Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation.

David founded Whitman Global in 1994. One of the leading experts in the industry, he has taught carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques nationwide. He believes in giving back to the community and has served on the board of Ryther, a nonprofit that provides behavioral health services for children and their families. David received his Bachelor of Science from Washington State University.

What kind of experience and training do you have?

We have more than 60+ years of combined experience in the carpet and floor care industry. Our employees receive ongoing training to ensure their skills and knowledge remain current.

Will you give me a printed price quote?

We always provide a written price quote, and we adhere to it.

Can you provide a certificate of insurability?

Yes. This comes directly from our insurance provider and is mailed to you annually. You can also be named as the additional insured on our policy if necessary.

Do you follow up after completing your work?

We do our best to call or conduct a site visit the day after our service to follow up and ensure your satisfaction.

Can you provide references?

Of course! We are happy to provide names and contact information for any of our clients.

Do your staff maintain a professional appearance?

Our technicians wear white shirts, dark pants, and ties. All field personnel also wear a picture identification badge.

How accessible are you? Can we reach you after hours?

Cell phones and pagers make us available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will always be able to speak to a real person when you call our 24-hour number.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
